JBLEscape Tour & Travel is operated by PT Gerbang Wisata Indonesia, Kabupaten Situbondo, Jawa Timur, Indonesia. This notice explains the website and quotation processing we have reviewed; it is not a complete Privacy Policy.

Trip selections and quotations

Your trip selections, including traveller ages, travel dates, accommodation, room arrangements, tours and add-ons, are transmitted to our quotation service to check options and calculate your estimated package price and itinerary. Processing is not limited to your browser. Ages may include children or infants. When arranging travel for others, provide only necessary information and ensure you are authorised to provide it. Please avoid identity-document numbers or unnecessary sensitive information.

PDF and WhatsApp

When you choose a PDF download, our server generates a quotation for your device. It can include dates, traveller counts, accommodation, itinerary, prices and payment information.

Using the calculator does not automatically send a WhatsApp message. Opening the WhatsApp enquiry link shares prefilled quotation details with WhatsApp, including traveller ages/counts, dates, accommodation, tours and prices. You decide whether to send the message. WhatsApp processes information under its own privacy practices.

Browser preferences and service providers

Your display currency is saved in browser localStorage until you remove it or your browser clears or restricts it. Hosting and Cloudflare support website delivery. Cloudflare performance analytics has been observed on reviewed live pages; its complete settings and retention have not yet been verified. Our reviewed exchange-rate integration requests public rates without sending your trip selections to the rate provider.

Hosting logs, backups, enquiry records and third-party retention are still being verified. We do not claim that no data is stored or promise a deletion period. A complete Privacy Policy and any required consent controls remain under review.

Privacy enquiries and requests

Email [email protected] for privacy questions or requests for access, correction or deletion. This inbox is managed directly and exclusively by the business owner; no staff currently have access. The owner is the operational contact for these requests.

Requests are reviewed and appropriately verified before action. Deletion is not automatic, and this notice does not promise a response deadline. Describe your request briefly and avoid sending unnecessary itinerary details or identity-document scans.
